Set a Song to a Metronome Tempo and Lock It There
BPM Lock locks every beat of a song to a metronome-steady grid at an integer BPM. Before committing you can play the original against a click track and hear for yourself that the grid is right.
The tempo is not a control
The tempo is worked out for you and rounded to a whole number, and there is no way to change it, because any other value would stretch the music. Your song comes back at its own speed, just steady. Rounding to the nearest whole BPM moves the speed by a fraction of a percent, which is well under anything audible.
BPM Lock reads the original tempo, drift and all, then holds the whole track to the nearest whole BPM. Not an average laid over a wandering performance: every beat is detected individually and moved onto the grid.

By default the output is cropped to the first beat that has real audio behind it, skipping head silence, count-ins and intro fades. Drag it into a session at position zero and it is already aligned: no nudging, no trimming, no counting bars of dead air.
Turn the crop off and you get the full original-length file instead, with the beats still locked to the grid and the song still starting at the exact moment it always did. Either way you pick which beat begins the file with one click, and where the phrase actually starts is yours to set in your DAW or DJ software.
